Step-by-step how to generate and upload VEKhas2021.csv (KWSP17A(Khas2021))

1. Download KWSP17AKhas2021 form (for SQL Payroll)

   • extract/unzip the zip file​

2. Import blank form into SQL Payroll (step 1 ~3)

   • Login SQL Payroll​

   • Go to Tools | Report Designer

   • Import

3. Export VEKhas2021.csv from SQL Payroll (step 4 ~ 9)

   • Open Payroll​

   • Print EPF Borang A

   • Filter Employees who want to remain 11%

   • Export VEKhas2021

4. Upload VEKhas2021.csv to KWSP​​
